After an elevator technician visits the building, Eliseo comes up with the idea to cause an expenditure so big that the association would be forced to hit the brakes on the pool project. But breaking the elevator causes a power outage that plunges the building into darkness. Zambrano’s investigation to find out the culprit pushes a desperate and guilty Eliseo into a corner.
